The vitrified green silicon carbide grinding wheel has honeycomb air pore. The big air pore grinding wheel is not easy to be blocked when grinding. It is also used for grinding heat-sensitive materials (magnetic steel, tungsten, silver alloy, etc.) and thin and easily deformable workpieces.
The weight of this vitrified honeycomb air pore grinding wheel is lighter than the general vitrified grinding wheel. So the power consumption is low and the heat dissipation is fast during grinding.
It is more adaptable than ordinary grinding wheels and easily meets the requirements of the grinding process.
If the customer has special needs, the organization number of the air pore grinding wheel can be changed between 10#～14#, and the air pore size can also be adjusted within the range of 0.25～15mm or more.
